AI agent systems for business

You stay in control.

Specialist agents for operations, marketing, and customer service, with human approval.

From manual work to time returned

  1. Manual work becomes the bottleneck.

Forgotten follow-ups. Scattered data. Work compounds until the entire operation depends on a few overwhelmed people.

  2. Coordinated agents take on the repetitive work.

AxiomTech gives each agent a defined role: read, verify, classify, or route. Business rules and human approvals keep the system under control.

  3. Work moves forward—without waiting.

Requests move from one stage to the next, in parallel. The system handles routine work and escalates only exceptions.

  4. Work keeps moving. The team gets its momentum back.

Operations keep running in the background. Freed from repetitive work, the team can focus on customers, decisions, and growth.

Our method

01

Diagnose

We map your operations, tools, and risks. We choose one useful first agent before expanding the system.

02

Build

We build the agents, connections, dashboard, and approvals around the way you work, then test edge cases.

03

Operate

We monitor results, errors, costs, and approvals. Autonomy increases only when the system has earned it.

The founder

I'm Mamady Kaba. I grew up in Guinea-Conakry, studied computer science in New Jersey, and settled in Paris with one simple conviction: African and French businesses deserve the same tools as the Silicon Valley giants.

My goal is not to sell another chatbot. I build agent systems connected to your tools, governed by clear rules, and able to produce work your team can verify.

You work directly with me from diagnosis through deployment. I work in French and English, with personal knowledge of other languages and cultural contexts.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about scope, data, control, and investment.

Which process should we automate first?

The best starting point is frequent, repeatable, measurable work that is limited enough to test without exposing the entire business. During the audit, we compare time lost, volume, risk, and data quality to choose the first use case.

Do we need to replace our current tools?

Not necessarily. We prefer integrating with the tools that already serve you and recommend replacement only when a tool blocks reliability, security, or future growth. Available access and technical limits are checked before we build.

How do we stay in control of the AI agents?

We define what each agent may access, prepare, or execute. Sensitive actions can require human approval, and the system can retain a history of tasks, results, errors, and approvals.

Does our data need to be perfectly organized?

No. We identify reliable sources, duplicates, missing access, and required cleanup. If the data is not ready, that work becomes an explicit step in the plan. The system is then limited to the data and permissions required for its job.

How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

It depends on the agent's role, number of integrations, state of the data, and required level of control. After the audit, we provide the scope, stages, dependencies, timeline, and budget before development begins.

Do we start with one agent or several?

We generally recommend one focused agent first. A team of agents makes sense only after the workflow, rules, and expected outcome have been proven. The system can then grow without turning the first project into an oversized experiment.

What happens after launch?

Monitoring, maintenance, hosting, and responsibilities are defined in the proposal. After launch, we review activity, costs, errors, and approvals before increasing autonomy or adding more agents.

What happens during the free audit?

We review the real workflow, people, tools, data, exceptions, and approvals. You leave with a clear priority and next step, even if we do not build anything together.

Book a free audit. We will choose one concrete use case, the data it needs, and the approvals that should remain under your control.

No hard sell: you leave with a clear priority even if we build nothing together.
