Data collected
The website has no user accounts. When you request a free guide, we receive your email address and, if you provide them, your first name, company, country and sector. When you write to the assistant at the bottom of the page, the conversation is recorded, as it says in its very first message. When you use email, WhatsApp, or Cal.com, you voluntarily provide the information needed for the conversation or booking. The hosting provider may also process technical logs such as IP address, browser, time, and requested page for security and service operation.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer requests, prepare meetings, create proposals, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request, pre-contractual steps, the legitimate interest in securing the service, or a legal obligation.
Free guides and newsletter
A guide is sent only after you confirm your address, with a button in the email you receive. By ticking the box on the form, you agree to receive that guide and then, every two weeks, Axiom Tech's letter; the exact text you agreed to, the date and a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address are kept as proof of your consent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. These emails are sent from Axiom Tech's Gmail account (Google); sign-ups are stored by our platform, hosted in the European Union; after you unsubscribe, they are kept so we never write to you again, and deleted on request.
External services
Links to Cal.com, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn open third-party services governed by their own policies. The website is hosted by Vercel. AxiomTech does not sell your personal data.
Cookies and audience measurement
No advertising tool is currently integrated into the website. Strictly technical mechanisms may be required for hosting, security, or operation. If audience measurement or marketing tooling requiring consent is enabled, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before use.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the request, business relationship, or applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to the processing of your data by writing to contact-axiomtech@axiomtech.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, if you believe your rights are not respected.
